个人认为这里tobefullyassessed,应做specification的后置定语

紧接后面的
制造商可以依照这样的的一份炉次分析要求,在产品的分析没有误差和炉次分析不改变的情况下,通过一个产品分析(其中一些特定成分分析没有没报告给炼钢厂的)来完成估价.

每一炉批次都有一个编号,就是我们通常说的炉号,英文就一个HeatNo.
