转炉挡火门传动装置设计

摘要：转炉炉前电动挡火大门其主要作用是转炉在炼钢生产时防止钢渣喷溅到转炉平台引起安全事故，保护炼钢工的安全，其次是改善炼钢作业时的作业环境。在转炉进行炼钢作业时必须将挡火门关上，在转炉进行加废钢、兑铁水时挡火门必须打开。挡火门的操作在转炉主控室，通过按钮起动驱动电机的正反转,实现挡火门的开启或关闭,该挡火门分左右两个门，可同时开动，也可单独开动，每扇门的开位，我们设置了电气限位和机械限位挡块。每个挡火门上方设置一个观察门，以便于炼钢时观察炉火，判断钢水的温度和出钢时间。观察门利用气动控制，在主控室操作。
