1)对比试块用来校准系统、证明设备和规程的有效性。检验频次为每班至少一次和/或每次改变管子公称外径时。

2)对比试块应从与待检材料有相同的公称外径、材质和热处理状态的棒或管上制取。

3)对比试块应是无不连续性缺欠或其他的对检测人工槽有干扰的状况。
d)Thereferencestandardforsolidbarsshallcontainalongitudinal(axial)referencenotchontheoutsidesurface.
4)实心棒对比试块应在外表面制备纵向槽。
e)Thereferencestandardfortubesshallcontainbothalongitudinal(axial)referencenotchontheoutsidesurfaceandalongitudinal(axial)referencenotchontheinsidesurface.
5)对比样管在内外表面都应有纵向和横向刻槽
f)ThemaximumdepthofthelongitudinalreferencenotchesshallbeasstatedinTable16forthebaror
tubesizebeinginspected.Atthemanufacturer’soption,shallowerdepthsmaybeused.
6)表16说明了棒或管上纵向刻槽的最大深度。制造厂可以选用更大深度的刻槽
g)Thelongitudinalreferencenotchesshallbeofmaximumlength152,4mm(6in)andofwidthlessthanorequalto1,02mm(0.040in).
