Anextensiveandcontinuouslyexpandingvarietyofmanufacturingprocessesareusedto
producepartsandthereisusuallymorethanonemethodofmanufacturingapartfroma
givenmaterial.Thebroadcategoriesoftheprocessingmethodsformaterialsareas
follows,referencedtotherelevantpartinthistextandillustratedwithexamplesforeach:
加工工件的制造工艺方法在不断地向更广泛的空间发展,而且把给定的材料加工成工件的工艺方法往往不止一种。加工材料的主要工艺方法如下,在本文中引用的相关部分都会有图例:
(1)Casting:Expendablemoldandpermanentmold.
铸造:一次性铸造和永久性铸造。
(2)Formingandshaping:Rolling,forging,extrusion,drawing,sheetforming,powder
metallurgy,andmolding.
成型加工:轧制,锻造,挤出成型,拉制,钣金成型,粉末冶金成型,浇铸
(3)Machining:Turning,boring,drilling,milling,planing,shaping,broaching,andgrinding,
ultrasonicmachining,chemical,electrical,andelectrochemicalmachining,andhigh-energy-beam
machining;thiscategoryalsoincludesmicromachiningforproducingultraprecisionparts.
机械加工:车削,镗削,钻孔,铣削,刨削,刨削,拉削,磨削,超声波加工,化学的、电的、和

etchingtechniques,electron-beams,andlaser-beams.Presentapplicationsareinthefabrication
ofmicroelectromechanicalsystems(MEMS)andextendingtonanoelectromechanicalsystems
(NEMS),wichoperateonthesamescaleasbiologicalmolecules.
纳米级制造工艺:这是最先进的制造工艺且能够在纳米级尺寸上制造工件(十亿分之一米),典型的
工艺包括蚀刻技术,电子束加工和激光加工。现在的应用在于制造微型机电系统(MEMS)且延伸到纳米级机电系统(NEMS),后者在生物分子比例的范畴内加工制造。
