摘要：随着我国航空业的迅速发展，航空救生也成为了人们关注的话题。本文设计了航空救生机构平衡管的工艺规程，并根据实际的需要设计了一套专用孔深量具。该工艺规程对其它管类零件的加工具有一定的参考性。量具能够在实际的生产中准确、快速的测量孔深，设计的孔深量具具有一定的通用性。只要稍加改变就能用于其它孔深的测量。量具的设计过程也可以作为设计其它量具的参考。
