车身上的characterline中文是什么意思。知道的高手能不能指教一下。

Thecharacterofanycoupeisreflectedinitsprofile.OnthenewBMW3SeriesCoupetheprofileisunmistakablyBMW.ThelonghoodreflectsBMW’sadherencetoitstraditionofinlinesix-cylinderengines.Thelongwheelbase,thepassengercompartmentsetbackaswellasthelow,sleekrooflinewhichslopesgentlyintothetrunk,areallcharacteristicofBMWCoupes.
Inadditiontotheclassicproportions,theshoulder,characterandsilllinesservetoenhancethesleekappearance.Boththeshoulderlineandcharacterlinestretchuninterruptedtothebackofthecar,allowingone’seyetomovequicklyandsmoothlyfromfronttorearalongtheentirelengthofthecar.Thesilllineontheloweredgeofthedooralsoflowsintothefrontandrearairdams,reinforcingthedynamicnatureofBMW’snewestCoupe.

Thecombinationoflinesflowingintooneanotherreflectstheperformancepotential.Whiletheshoulderlinerisesslightlybutconsistentlyfromfronttorear,thecharacterlineflowsinalong,stretchedarchallthewayfromthefrontfendertothetaillights.Asthesillline,bycontrast,movesupslightlytotherearinaslowandgentlecurve,thedistancebetweenthecharacterandsilllinesbecomessmalleraroundtherearwheelarches.Theflareofthefenderaroundthewheelalsoservestogivethecharacterlineextratensioninbothanupwardandoutwarddirection.
Thefrontviewalsoshowsasignificantdistinctionfromthe3SeriesSedanandSportsWagon.ThecontoursofthehoodaswellasthedesignofthefrontairdamandheadlightsgivethenewBMW3SeriesCoupeaparticularlylowandsportylook.Thepowerdomeonthehoodforetellstheperformancepotentialwhichliesbeneath.ItslinesfollowapowerfulsilhouetteextendingallthewayfromtheA-pillarstotheoutsidecornersoftheBMWkidneygrill.
Thekidneygrille,atypicalfeatureofeveryBMW,standsoutfromthesurfacesaroundit.Interactionwiththethree-dimensionalkidneyframecreatesalookofpoweranduniquestyle.
TheheadlightunitsonthenewBMW3SeriesCoupealsohaveauniquelook.Withthehoodextendingbeyondtheheadlightsassuch,thecharacteristicfourroundheadlightsappeartohavebeencut-offatthetopcreatingasenseofpowerful,concentratedfocus.
Thedesignoftaillightsisalsouniquetothenew3SeriesCoupe.Integratedflushintothebodyofthecar,thelightsaresplitintotwosectionsandextendallthewayuptothetrunklid,blendingwiththecharacterlinesfromthesideprofile.HorizontalLEDtaillightsgivethecaranunmistakablelookatnight.ThehorizontallyflowinglinesaccentuatethewidetrackandlowstanceofthenewCoupe.
